About ME

I was born into a Cuban and Puerto Rican immigrant family, a Caribbean lineage with Taíno ancestry. I grew up surrounded by intuition, prayer, and spiritual influence, yet I spent most of my life feeling labeled, unseen, and disconnected from myself and the world around me. Like many of us, I learned early to chase the picture perfect life, the marriage, the executive career, the big house, the cars, the vacations, all the things we are taught to believe define success.

But behind that image lived the truth I never faced, childhood sexual abuse, religious conditioning, self hate, survival patterns, and a society that tries to shape you before you ever meet yourself. I reached everything I thought I wanted, yet woke up every day depressed, confused, and carrying a pain I could not explain.

My soul kept whispering that there had to be more than a life built on survival. At almost four hundred pounds, that whisper became impossible to ignore. It was time to return to myself, to my truth, to my freedom, and to the ancestral wisdom that had been cut off from my lineage. That was the moment I chose to fly.

I tried almost everything this world tells us to try, Western medicine, therapy, fitness programs, mentors, reiki, psychic readings, coaching, medication, achievement, and more numbing. None of it touched what hurt underneath. My soul wanted something real. Something rooted. Something that felt like home. That pull led me back to Earth based healing, Indigenous ceremony, nature’s medicine, deep therapy, intuitive work, and the remembrance of who I have always been.

I realized I had built my whole life from pain and ego. Now, I build from soul. Through surgeries, psychotherapy, spiritual practices, plant medicine, ancestral remembrance, and conscious self leadership, I took back my voice, my power, and my purpose. Not to fix myself, but to remember myself.

One question changed my life, When I am ninety years old, which life will I be proud to say I lived. The answer was clear, a life rooted in courage, authenticity, faith, and devotion to my soul and my family.

Today, through The Inner I AM and ALL Humans Holistic Church and Retreats, I walk beside others who are ready to come home to themselves. I create spaces of ceremony, mentorship, worship as medicine, holistic healing, and ancestral guidance, where every human is welcomed fully and supported in their liberation.

I believe every one of us carries the Spirit of the Creator within us, a force of purpose, truth, and power. The Inner I AM is not something you chase, it is who you already are, waiting to be remembered and re-lived.

Our message is simple.
You are not broken.
You are not too much.
You are here to live as your authentic self and liberate your lineage.
